We aim to dispatch sample wedding invitations within 5-15 working days. Please then allow a further 1 – 2 working days for UK delivery. Should you require them sooner please contact us before placing your order.

STATIONERY ORDERS

It takes us time to craft and personalise the perfect wedding stationery for your big day, Once you have approved your design we aim to dispatch your order within 15 working days. Please then allow a further 2 – 4 working days for UK delivery.

Postage costs vary with each order depending on the weight of your order, and will be calculated at the checkout. All stationery items will be sent via a main courier service or Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded Delivery, these will require a signature on delivery. All items will be packed carefully. Local deliveries can be made in person or collected if prearranged. Any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported immediately, and within 48 hours of receipt. You must keep all packaging as that may be required in the event of a claim. We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g. strike action).
